This place suits me perfectly with its indoor swimming pool, 24-hour reception, fitness centre, and excellent dining options. On my first visit, the staff helped me find great dining places, and they continue to impress me with their professionalism. I highly recommend enjoying meals at the restaurant. I'm coming back for Christmas!

I absolutely loved the rooftop pool. it was small but warm and provided stunning views of the skyline. The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the fish dish I highly recommend! Each morning, I enjoyed the variety of breakfast options available, ensuring I started my day right.

Good location in downtown Ruse.

My experience was quite unsettling. The air conditioning in our room was barely functional, making it uncomfortable during the hot weather. the pool, which was a key reason for my stay, was out of service, and I was not informed beforehand, which felt misleading. To top it off, the overall maintenance of the hotel seemed lacking, making the stay less enjoyable than I had hoped.

i truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel as it was clean and tidy. It is conveniently located near plenty of sights like the eco museum and the danube river, allowing for lovely strolls around the area.

The Deluxe Single Room was spacious and had a large bed, making it super comfy for my one-night stay. The air conditioning worked well, which helped keep things cool. I appreciated the clean and tidy vibe throughout. Just a quick note, the room could've used a few more amenities, but overall, it was a solid experience!
